If you’re like me, you love your dog.

And if your dog is like mine, he loves you too.

But you know what’s interesting? When you’re home with your dog, you don’t spend as much time with him (or her, of course) as you could.

I have a way to spend more time with your dog, WITHOUT actually taking more time out of your busy schedule!

First let’s look at a common problem. Your dog probably has a bed. And his bed is kept in a certain part of your home, right? You usually don’t go moving his bed around from room to room (if you do, my plan will be great for you, too). Here’s the problem: when you go into another room where his bed is not, he will often stay in his bed instead of coming to the room you are now in.

In other words, he loves you, but he also loves his bed. And if he’s comfortable and warm and snoozing and a little lazy, even though he would like to come with you to the next room (because he loves you), he is sorely tempted to just stay in his bed. And he usually yields to that temptation:)

The solution is pretty simple, but you may have never thought about it before.

Just get him some more beds. I know, at first you think that’s a crazy idea. But think about it for a little while. I mean, how much do you love that worthless critter? (Hey, don’t call my dog a worthless critter! — I rest my case.)

Anyway, if you get him at least three beds, and put them in your most lived-in rooms, he will (if he’s like my dog) lazily get up and follow you to the new room, knowing that he can plop down again in his OTHER bed.

It works like a charm.
